InstaPot Salsa Chicken

Ingredients

1 pound chicken breast
1 – 16oz jar salsa verde
1 cup bone broth

Directions

  1. Add everything into the InstaPot
  2. Turn on and press ‘Pressure Cook’
  3. Put 20 min on the clock and wait for the beep. Make sure the top knob is turned to sealed
  4. After 20 minutes is up let it sit for 10 minutes.
  5. Turn the knob to ‘vent’ and let the pressure out.
  6. Remove lid, use two forks, and shred the chicken in the pot.
  7. Add on anything and enjoy!
