Ingredients

1/2 bunch parsley, chopped (roughly 3/4 cup packed)
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped (roughly 3/4 cup packed)
1/2 shallot, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup olive oil

Directions

  1. Combine parsley, cilantro, shallot, garlic, lemon, red wine vinegar, chili flakes, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder in a food processor OR nutribullet. Pulse until chopped and mixed together.
  2. Add in olive oil and blend for 10-15 seconds.
  3. Serve on anything your heart desires!
