Ingredients
1 pound chicken breast
1 – 16oz jar salsa verde
1 cup bone broth
Directions
- Add everything into the InstaPot
- Turn on and press ‘Pressure Cook’
- Put 20 min on the clock and wait for the beep. Make sure the top knob is turned to sealed
- After 20 minutes is up let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Turn the knob to ‘vent’ and let the pressure out.
- Remove lid, use two forks, and shred the chicken in the pot.
- Add on anything and enjoy!
