Shrimp Lentil Pasta

Ingredients

1 Box Red Lentil Spaghetti
1 Small White Onion
10 Cremini Mushrooms
15 Cherry Tomatoes
cup Marinara, low sodium
2 tsp Pink Salt
2 tsp Black Pepper
½ tbsp Oregano
½ tbsp Thyme
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 lb Shrimp
1 Lemon
1 tsp Paprika
Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Boil water and prepare spaghetti as said on the back of the package

Heat up 1 tbsp olive oil in medium pan

Sauté mushrooms and onions until soft ~ 5 min

Add in halved cherry tomatoes and cook for about 3 minutes

Add in Marinara, oregano, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 8-10 minutes.

While your sauce is simmering, heat up the remaining olive oil in a separate pan. Add shrimp, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and juice of a lemon. Cook for 4-6 minutes or until they are a pearly pink color. Set aside.

Add cooked and rinsed lentil pasta to sauce. Mix well.

Plate pasta mixture, top with shrimp and Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!

No Bake Protein Bites

Ingredients

½ cup almond or peanut butter
1 Scoop protein (I used 1st Phorm ice cream sandwich)
1 cup quick oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
½ tbsp cinnamon
½ tbsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp sugar free syrup

Directions

Mash banana in a bowl and combine with almond butter

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly

Roll into 10 separate balls and place on a cookie sheet

Place in fridge for 30 minutes and enjoy!
