Ingredients

4 tbsp. Chia Seeds
1/2 scoop Protein (I used 1st Phorm ice cream sandwich)
1 tsp. sugar free pudding mix – cheesecake flavor
1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk you prefer)

Directions

  1. Combine chia seeds, protein powder, pudding mix, and cocoa powder in a mason jar. Stir well.
  2. Add almond milk and mix well.
  3. Place in fridge over night or a minimum of 2 hours and ENJOY!
