Protein Cookie Dough

Ingredients

1 scoop Protein (I used 1st Phorm ice cream sandwich)
2 tbsp. coconut flour
1 tbsp. sugar free pudding mix – cheesecake flavor
2 tbsp. powdered peanut butter
4-8 tbsp. almond milk (or any milk you prefer)
1 tbsp. peanut OR almond butter
1 tbsp. dark chocolate morsels

Directions

  1. Combine protein powder, coconut flour, and pudding mix in a bowl. Stir well.
  2. Slowly add almond milk until you reach desired consistency
  3. Add in nut butter, chocolate chips, and anything else your heart desires
  4. Optional: place in freezer for 15-20 min to enjoy cold!
