Overnight Protein Oats

1/2 cup instant oats
1 scoop Protein (I used 1st Phorm ice cream sandwich)
1 tsp. sugar free pudding mix – cheesecake flavor
2 tbsp. powdered peanut butter
1 tbsp. chia seeds
3/4 – 1 cup almond milk (or any milk you prefer)
1 tbsp. peanut OR almond butter
- Combine oats, protein powder, pudding mix, powdered peanut butter, and chia seeds in a mason jar. Stir well.
- Add almond milk and mix well.
- Add in nut butter, banana, and anything else your heart desires
- Place in fridge over night or a minimum of 5 hours and ENJOY!
