Everybody needs something different to achieve their goals and more importantly everyone has different lifestyles so figuring out a regimen that works for you forever is key. My number one rule is to never do anything you are not going to do forever. Our bodies adapt and change to our environments so altering it drastically to something unstainable can be detrimental to our overall health. My plan is to conform to YOUR lifestyle and incorporate foods you love. I don’t believe in demonizing any food group, giving yourself ‘cheat meals’, or earning food. All of those things subconsciously make it difficult to adhere to a healthy lifestyle forever. I keep bolding forever because this program teaches you a new lifestyle so you can maintain those results once we have reached your goal.
